Junior Liaison Architect - Real Estate (2-8 yrs)
We are looking for candidates from real estate, construction & contracting companies focusing on Villas, Bungalows, luxury home as back ground and ready to work for similar segment.
Purpose of Job :
- Applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing New Businesses and executing special projects to expand companies operations
Responsibilities :
Work on researching, setting up and executing New Businesses and special projects, including but not limited to:
Legal Aspects :
- Assisting in the streamlining and process implementation for all the legal aspects, govt. permissions and community management for all locations
- Assist with the management strategy for all government agencies and departments, domestic and international, related to the company's responses to questions or statements of position on company related matters
- Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts e.g., the Director of Environmental Health and Safety and the Vice President of Engineering and R&D, to ensure appropriate responses and communications.
New Business verticals :
- Design and implement Special JV's and Hybrid business structures
- Apply New Technologies
- Understand the full gamut of business including permissions, constructions, sales, marketing etc.
- Have complete P&L responsibility for the above mentioned new businesses and special projects.
Team Management :
- Build, develop and Manage Teams
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams within the organization
New Business & Markets :
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential sellers; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Proactively initiate and engage potential clients
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Work closely with various internal business verticals to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports
- Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for special projects
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from companies services
