Role : Calibration Engineer (Jr/Sr)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Calibration Engineers to join our team. As a Calibration Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our engines. If you have a strong background in engine calibration, emissions, and OBD diagnosis, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Perform base calibration at the engine test bench

- Conduct emissions, drivability, and OBD diagnosis

- Manage calibration datasets and projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

- 5-10 years of experience for Junior Calibration Engineer, 10-15 years for Senior Calibration Engineer

- Strong background in engine calibration, emissions, and OBD diagnosis

- Experience with ETAS Inca, Matlab, and Python programming languages

- Proficiency in MS Office and Project

Nice to Have:

- Experience as an Application Engineer and/or Application Project Leader

- Calibration dataset management experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
