Operations Perspective :
1). Project Launches
- Competition Analysis and finalization of amenities in coordination with various stake holders
- Cross checking of Architectural drawings with Approval drawings
- Area calculations & Launch note Preparation
- Opp Doc Content Preparation & Agency Briefing
- Inputs for Marketing collaterals such as complex layouts, floor plans etc.
- Preparation of Fabbing Document for sales training
- Cross checking of marketing collaterals such as brochures, others campaigns etc.
- Preparation and checking of quotations
2) Projects Sustenance
- Production of 3D perspectives, A.V & Physical model, Aerial Photography
- Car Parking identification and Analysis
- Attending to all queries raised by Architecture team, Marketing team and CRM team.
- Checking and wetting of all Marketing collaterals Like print ads, emails, hoarding contents before prpject campaign and reprinting
- Preparation of AFS annexures and Coordination with various stakeholders
- Redoing of Collaterals - plans due to plan and amenity changes
3) Product Briefing
- Product brief to the Management and Architecture Team
- Evaluation and Inputs of concept design and coordination with various stake holders for the same.
4) Customer Perspective
Improve & Enhance Product communication :
- Training sales team on the Fabbing Document
- Inputs towards Consumer Behavior studies
- Attending to queries raised by Sales team
5) Organization Growth & Learning
New Initiatives :
- Market beat, Product review report, Technical training etc
6) Financial Perspective
- Market validations for BD properties : Analysis and study of proposed properties by Business development
- Vendor management : Vendor selections and negotiations for 3D perspectives, A.V and Physical scale model
- Product Validation : Reevaluating of Existing product mix for amenities or change in area and coordination with various stake holders for finalization e.g Mig V, exquisite, Brilliance, Nagar Road etc.
