The vacancy is for the Manufacturing head of SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt Ltd
SKF is part of the 40 year old Kanunga Group with revenues of 800 crores.
SKF is into manufacturing of Paddy Processing Equipment. It is situated about 30 kms away from the Mangalore Port. We use the Mangalore port to export our equipment to over 12 countries.
The job responsibilities include, taking care of the plant - end to end. Reporting to the CEO of the company.
Core expertise is expected in lean manufacturing. World class manufacturing practices.
Knowledge of fabrication, specially in SS fabrication is expected.
Other expectations are
- Manpower cost reduction
- Implementation of new / cutting edge technologies in manufacturing
- MIS and updates from the plant as required by the CEO
- OEE increase.
- Support to NPD / R&D team
