Kern-Liebers - Assistant Manager - Maintenance (7-12 yrs)
- Plan, organize, & Execute activities involving installation / Commissioning of Utility Equipment (Transformer/ DG/ Compressor / Air condition/ Pallet trucks etc. & Machines / Project installation)
- Ensure "ZERO" Stoppage of resources like POWER/ AIR / WATER/ CHILLED WATER to the plant.
- Plan, organize, & Execute activities involving Service/ Overhaul of Utility Equipment & Machines.
- Involve/ Contribute while Preparing maintenance budget and monitors expenditure of funds in the budget.
- Involve/ Contribute to Develop and implement schedules and procedures for Safety inspection and preventive/ predictive maintenance programs.
- Periodic Review of Spare Parts and involve Actively to implement a ROBUST spare Parts Management System to reduce BREAK-DOWN time by considering the COST v/s BUSINESS
- Review the criticality of the Utility Equipment by considering the RISK and PLAN for contingency in such a way that Customer delivery should not affect.
- Knowledge about the standards like IATF 16949/ ISO 14001/ OSHAS etc. and adhere to the standards with necessary documents with control and update.
- Analyse the repetitive breakdown & Initiate Corrective Action and Implement
- Train/ Motivate Team for more involvement & Proactive Approach (Attitude of Internal Customer)
- General overview and Knowledge about TPM/ KAIZEN/ QC tools- Problem-solving tools
- Measure the Energy consumption and find adaptive methods to reduce the Energy consumption and thus Energy cost. (Energy intensity & Energy reduction)
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
- Periodic Statutory Testing and Inspections/ Audits/ reviews
- Carry-out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems and Assist in appraising performance.
