Ketsaal Retails - Manager/Head - Production (3-5 yrs)
Job Title : Production MANAGER
Work Location : Bareilly-UP
Main Roles/KRAs :
1. Formulation and implementation of Production and Quality policies, processes, and standards related to the factory in Bareilly-UP
2. Will be responsible for receiving the order sheet from the Corporate Office and put it in the production after verification properly. Prepare production plan of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
3. Will receive material status against each order and will monitor progress of material received.
4. Will ensure that building and the floors, machinery, dining spaces..etc are hygienic and clean.
5. Will ensures that all work stations are properly illuminated and organised.
6. Will arrange for continuous training of staff, operators and workers.
7. Will arrange for proper documentation of all the activities on the floor and the factory.
8. Will take counter measures if progress of production is not satisfactory.
9. Will ensure safety, security, and discipline on the floors and in the factory.
10. Will take care of the administrative work including attendances and salary of the factory staff and workers.
11. Will coordinate with the Head Office(Noida) regularly.
Experience : 3- 5 years of Exp.in factory and manufacturing set up, mainly related to Apparels, Home Decors, Home Furnishings, Kitchen and house hold items- etc.
Qualification : Graduates, MBA/Diploma
Salary : Around 40,000/PM
Mode of Employment : Full Time
