Job Description:

As discussed, please find the Job Description for the discussed role of Procurement executives:

1. To monitor collection of raw material as per time schedule.

2. Source new vendor as per as requirement

3. Sourcing the new development of fabric or trims

4. Coordinate with the dying mill as well as printing mill.

5. Coordinate with supplier as well as merchandiser

6. Build up fabric supplier base on the merchant requirement

7. Source fabric from mill

8. Manage entire sourcing for fabric, trim, contract vendor base

9. Cost consciousness & cost optimization

10. Sourcing & negotiations for all new developments, with smooth handover of production team.

1. Stability: Please check upon and only process candidates with Stable background. 

2. No regular switches in companies.

3. Candidate should not be from Mechanical or Automobile background or Mechanical engineers.

4. Should be Punctual with his/her job roles and responsibilities

5. Should be extrovert and can convince anyone for the given task.

6. Should be a quick learner and executioner. One should be responding and taking the steps by initiating himself for any given tasks.

7. Should be of Versatile nature and adjust with any jobs asked for.

8. Knowledge of Supply Chain is a mandate and ones having experience in costing and co-ordination too is important.

9. Knowledge of advanced excel is a mandate too.

10. Experience range should be of 4+years
