Keuro Life - Executive Assistant (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives- schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and off-site activities
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
- Coordinate project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain office systems including data management and filing
