Khanna Paper Mills - Senior Lead - Mechanical Maintenance (8-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- To drive the overall management of Mechanical Maintenance at the in the assigned area as per the requirement of Production and to carry out preventive maintenance activity to ensure continuous production
- Create action plan in cause of breakdown and ensure teams (Mechanical)
- Attend to breakdowns in minimum time for various utilities within the Plant and take corrective actions to support high productivity
- In case of breakdown, ensure proper communication of action plan to all departments
- Ensure smooth functioning of equipment in terms of risk control and precautionary maintenance through constant monitoring
- Ensure minimal outages of the plant through regular conduct of preventive and predictive maintenance
- Monitor data related to operation of plant and machinery to identify priority areas for maintenance
- Conduct regular audits to ensure proper functioning of machines to minimize unplanned maintenance
- Guide development of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance processes
- Ensure that plant maintenance activities are in compliance with SOPs and company policies
