We are having urgent job opening for Kiln Manager at Porbandar-Gujarat

- Technical support to more than one facility

- To ensure targeted production as per production planning

- Manpower management

- Follow up on activities identified for safety, process and cost improvement

- Investigate problems in quality, efficiency, and environmental compliance related to manufacturing process

- Assist production department personnel in optimizing production of Finished Goods

- Provide process information to management and support to improve plant operations

- Ensure optimum utilization of process equipment capacity. Monitoring process parameter controls, refining control methods, and enhancing systems through engineered process flow improvements

- Perform capacity increase analyses for product operations

- Coordinate knowledge transfer activities by developing technical training materials and conducting training activities for process engineers and production personnel

- Document preparation of process studies to provide history from which trends and databases can be developed

- Ensures that all facilities for which he is responsible, are in compliance with federal/state regulations and requirements

Salary:INR 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
