You'll be a part of the core team working directly with the founders in building the core product.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Manage and motivate a team of 12-16 Kisan Network Executives

- Plan and execute village meetings

- Design and develop procurement plans

- Ensuring the team follows the process and quality norms

- Manage supply chain

- Manage and supervise dispatch and deliveries

- Extensive field visit

Job Requirements :

- Ability to work odd and long hours

- 2/4 Wheeler

- Prior field work (rural or agriculture) experience or crop procurement experience or supply chain operations experience is must
