Manager (Powder Coating)

(Location: Nellore)

We are looking for Individuals with managerial skills to handle our Production department for Powder Coating operations. Candidate will report to the GM - Prod. & Service

Responsibilities:

- Manage the production department that includes load, e-coat, powder coating and unloads operations.

- Regularly Monitoring to prepare highly complex paints masking and curing tasks with various industrial coating, oven curing and paint finish work

- Knowledge of usage of all equipments in paint shop spray guns, Airless sprays, HVLP, LVLP, electro static paint guns etc.

- Meet/exceed all targets for quality, productivity, on-time delivery and cost.

- Continuous monitoring to increase the production norms by demonstrating the production with skill workmen and achieving of production committed dates.

- Continuously review new technologies or processes to improve productivity/quality.

- Lead cross-functional meetings with vendors, staff, and internal support departments to improve quality, efficiency, and/or cost.

- Support the development of all employees to their full potential; establish clearly defined expectations and goals.

- Execute/manage production schedule to support assembly operations.

- Ensure TPM's are executed on time, every time.

- Actively engage with peers & management in the creation of positive workplace culture.

Required experience: 6+ years in managerial position at factory producing engine / transmission / pumps type of machinery.

Education: BE or BTech in Mechanical or Automobile or Production or Industrial Engineering
