KMV - Head - Claims & Contracts (22-30 yrs)
- Should be strong commercial acumen with demonstrated efficiencies in guiding the overall activities
- Managing the ongoing contracts & Contractual Correspondence with Clients/Sub Contractors. Interpreting the Contract & identifying responsibilities
- Familiar with the Conditions of Contracts such as FIDIC, GCC, SCC and Country Proven Formats funded by JICA, ADB, NDB
- Handling of claims related to EOT, Variations, Extended stay etc.
- Claim statements, Counter claims, rejoinders, inputs for arguments in Arbitration cases.
- Attending Arbitration proceedings.
- Cognition of Risk analysis of Bid document & Contract Appreciation Documents
- Complete analysis of technical & commercial deviations and handling the spectrum of contractual obligations / techno-negotiation matters involving pricing strategies, claim settlements
