Kotak - Service Executive - Central Services - CREM (2-4 yrs)
Executive Summary:
- The Function reports into Process Lead - Central Services, CREM.
- Manage Corporate Car Procurement, Sales & Transfer.
- Timely Insurance Renewal of Corporate Cars.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all Transactions and Proper Database Management.
- If you have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
In this role, you will:
- Process New Corporate Car Procurement, Car Sale & Car Transfer in coordination with Vendors & Employees.
- Database Management.
- Follow up with Dealership & Employees for Invoices Collection.
- Multiple reconciliation in Coordination with HR & Insurance Companies
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Internal/external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on confirmation of work completion.

Essential skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Operation.
