Process of Procurement - Review the current procurement process, Vendor Selection.
- Define Catalogues (minimize the diversity of articles), Consolidate and assess volumes.
- Identify local, regional and national purchase and vendors.
- Optimize working capital: payment terms and advance payments & just - in -time delivery.
- Procurement Controlling- Forecast vs Actual cost.
- Cost saving potentials- Develops a cost awareness in the organization.
- Centralize the procurement of for uniform, safety shoes and office supplies.
- Monitor Administrative expenses and Prepare reports accordingly.
- Adopt new methodology for cost reduction at periodic intervals.
- Monitor day to day expenses and evaluate them accordingly.
- Development of key procurement strategies for procurement of 3PL & Transportation Services.
- Designing/Floating RFQ/RFI/RFP & developing evaluation methodology.
- Negotiating with Vendors on reduction of prices for cost effective procurement.
- Development of vendor base for procurement of logistics & transport services procurement.
- Monitoring the performance of vendors on pre-defined criteria with respect to contractual obligations.
