Lab Incharge (4-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Laboratory Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the laboratory.
-Ensure that all lab activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.
2. Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Manage and guide laboratory technicians to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the lab staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor the productivity of the team.
3. Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure all laboratory processes adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee accurate test results.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections to uphold lab standards.
4. Equipment & Inventory Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure an adequate stock of reagents, chemicals, and other essential lab supplies.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of lab activities, test results, and compliance reports.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on laboratory performance and operational improvements.
- Work closely with management to implement process enhancements.
6. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Ensure timely and accurate test results are delivered to patients or clients.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and other departments for seamless lab operations
