Laboratory Manager - Radio Frequency/SAR (13-25 yrs)
High level responsibility is as below :
- Manage the daily EMC/W lab operation to make sure a high productivity of the lab, including process, quality, planning, resource allocation, etc.
- Manage the necessary training of the EMC/W staffs to make sure they have the right skills and ability
- Represent SA in the global EMC/W council to sharing, learning and engagement with in global level
- Support commercial team to prepare high level EMC/W growth strategy for SA region
- Program management for CTECH global Indian market access, including BIS and TEC
- Support commercial team of meeting with global key clients
Experience required :
- EMC lab management experience, manage a team of >10 staffs.
- Experience in setting up new labs and building the team
- Good knowledge of EMC/W, RF and SAR
- Good planning skill.
