Position Title: Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Laboratory QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in quality control systems, testing standards, and the usage of various measuring instruments. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality and reliability standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure awareness and compliance with audit systems and documentation standards, including ISO 9001:2015, EMS 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

- Maintain awareness of testing standards such as EN, BIFMA, IS, BIS, ISO, and UL. Align testing setups to these standards to ensure products are tested accordingly.

- Expertly handle and use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plating thickness testers, force gauges, surface finish testers, pencil hardness testers, acetone rub testers, coating thickness testers, go-no-go gauges, torque wrenches, impact testers, hardness testers, tensile/elongation testers (UTM), and spectrometers.

- Evaluate results and generate reports for life cycle, durability, and reliability tests on customized products.

- Apply knowledge of 8D, checklists, 7QC tools, and quality plans to maintain and improve product quality.

Skills Set:

- Proficiency in using various measuring instruments and quality control tools.

- Strong understanding of ISO standards, testing standards, and quality assurance methodologies.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality issues effectively.
