Job Description :
Role : Assistant Manager
Department: Workplace Services
Grade : A6 -1 Location: Corporate
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 4 -6 Years
Summary :
Provide administrative support & services to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Statutory Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliances under Electrical Inspectorate, Pollution Control Board, labor Inspectors & queries, notices etc.,
Vendor Management :
- Execute & Monitor the SLAs/Rate Contracts/Agreements of all the Service Providers. Periodically review the Vendor Services.
- Co-coordinate with Procurement Team for all the procurement requirements
- Identify and build stable vendor relationships and ensure continuity of the relationships
- Build a pipeline of vendors for future requirements and as back up
- Ensure adherence to the quality & standards as per the agreement
Infrastructure Services :
- Coordinate with Interior Designer, Project Management Team in the Infrastructure work
- Co-ordinate with Landlord / Developers on Base Building Infrastructure like Chiller, Power Panels, Transformers, Lifts, STP Unit, Generators are in good/working condition.
- Ensure 24/7, 100% uptime on UPS, Power, Power Back & AC supply & other technical services in Corporate Office.
- Addressing unforeseen incidents like flooding, long duration power failures from the Power corporation etc.,
- Ensure Repair & Maintenance, Civil & Carpentry (Infra related). Coordinate with Landlords for the repair & maintenances work.
- Ensure ergonomically suited comfortable seating area, workstations are provided & achieve maximum internal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Building Management System & ensure the BMS system in working condition. Achieve 80% of employee satisfaction on Air conditioning.
Workplace Management :
- Incident Management/Disaster Recovery plan & support in Investigation processes.
- Periodic Review of EHS (Environment Health & Safety) & improve Security Policy & Procedures. Conducting Fire Drill, maintain first aid kits & update emergency contact numbers
Assets Management :
- Ensure annual maintenance contract renewal & taking care of good health of all the critical equipments
People Management :
- Address technical related helpdesk queries. Monitor efficiency of the team & manage contract employees to support business.
- Groom & motivate facilities management contract employees & on site contractor welfare.
