Landscape Architect (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Provide design direction to team and lead multiple large-scale projects from beginning till site completion.
2. Strong conceptual, graphic and design skill.
3. On-site observation experience of work during construction.
4. Experience with National Building Code and Accessibility Requirements related to landscape architecture.
5. Proven experience on master planning/large scale projects.
6. Confidence in working in a complex and dynamic environment
7. Lead the business unit team independently and strive towards the unit's overall profitability, quality and efficiency.
8. Collaborate and focus on large client account with a variety of project types -or- multiple,concurrent projects in various stages of development.
9. Programming client needs, Conceptual design, Schematic design & Design Development,Construction documentation & administration
