We have opening for Landscape Architect with our leading client.
Exp:- 3-4 Years
Work Location:- Bangalore (Varthur Hobli,Whitefield,)
Notice Period:- Immediate - 30 Days
Working Days :- Mon-Fri (Sat 1/2 day)
Job Description :-
- Assist Principle Architect in drafting perspective drawings for landscape elements and plans including elevations and sections and detailing based on initial sketches
- Understanding the requirement and coordinating with draftsman and vendors for preparation of construction drawings
- Knowledge of using Auto CAD, Ms office, Photoshop and google sketch as added advantage and good at hand sketching and perspective views.
- Added advantage of having experience in designing residential, industrial and commercial landscape drawings
- Flair for Schematic and concept design
- Creative and independent thought process
- Quick in up take with eye for detailing.
- Research oriented mindset
- At times prepare working and detail architectural designs which include plans, elevation, sections and green
- Presenting and explaining Project design details to vendors and site supervisors
- Assist in making costing estimation and site supervision
