Job Summary : Need an experienced and passionate Landscape Architect to design landscape inside out of Space Station Township project. This includes:
- 2.2 Km Double Height Elevated Ground Floor Landscape
- Seven Project Entrances
- Sky Gardens
- Club House
- Site Surrounding etc.
Project Brief :
- 4.5 million sq.ft. - one of the largest township in India
- 20 acres of land near Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- Platinum Pre Certification By Indian Green Building Council
- Best Residential Development - Future Category in Cityscape Asia Award, Singapore

Responsibilities and Duties :
You are expected to participate in the creative process wherever landscape is required and to deliver the following, as per the business requirements :
- Should be able to conceptualize the designs
- Should be able to detail out the technical aspects of Landscape Design
- Should be able to guide the team to finalize the Architectural Drawings
- Help the procurement team to procure appropriate materials
- Having experience in executing the Landscape Designs
- Should be able to manage the Horticulture as well as MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) team simultaneously, with regards to the Landscape domain
Qualifications and Skills :
- M.Arch/ B. Arch from premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, SPA, JMI, BIT etc.
- Proficient in Software : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience : Preferably 4-5 years of relevant work experience, but, open for candidates from Tier-1 colleges with 2 years of experience.
