Landscape Architect - Real Estate (12-18 yrs)
- He/she should have proven expertise as a Landscaping architect and have deep knowledge on the developing landscaping design, plans for indoor & outdoor spaces, parks, gardens, reclaimed land, lagoons etc. especially in construction, real-estate projects.
- M.Arch in Landscaping is must,
- Should have problem-solving abilities and strong organizational and communication skills with 10 to 12 Years in construction, real estate projects,
- Should have work experience in mixed used development comprises of High rise residential, commercial tower and high-end Mansion/Villas project.
- He/she is responsible for ensuring that all codes and regulations are met, and compliance with all statutory norms and standards
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of priced BOQ, specification, and drawings
- He/she may be responsible for calculating the costs of landscaping works of project, propose specification both for soft landscape and hard landscape.
- Should be able to create landscaping drawings to restore natural areas such as forests and wetlands, and also coordination with landscaping consultant.

- He/she should manage construction sites in terms of Landscaping activities, coordinating with supplier, ensuring contractors are building correctly, maintaining the schedule
- He/she often work with surveyors, architects, urban planners, civil engineers, environmental experts, and hydrologists on project to ensure landscaping activities completed successfully from start to finish.
