Landscape Architect - Real Estate (15-25 yrs)
This requirement is for a leading Real Estate company with sales of Rs 10000 Cr in FY23
Responsibilities:
- Work with consultants and project teams to create innovative and practical landscape designs.
- Analyze project sites to understand their unique features.
- Develop detailed plans and drawings, focusing on outdoor spaces.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and green technologies.
- Finalize samples and approve budgets.
- Oversee consultant budgets and approve final drawings.
Qualifications:
At least 15+ years in landscaping architecture, with expertise in podium landscape, airport, large and ultra-luxury real estate projects, and hospitality projects.
