EXPERIENCE : 15 to 20 years of experience with a large-scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Conduct weekly meetings and coordination with Site Engineers, contractors, and Consultants.

- Liaising with Municipal Corporation Tree Authorities NOC.

- Landscape designing of all types of building with Conceptual, presentable landscape and final drawing using relevant Software

- Ensuring Smooth Flow of drawings and the landscape execution quality at site.

- Managing a team of Landscape Architects and leading Residential and Commercial Landscape Projects for the company.

KEY SKILLS :

- 15-20 years of experience with a large-scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.

- Good Knowledge in landscape Design and detailing, materials and technology are essential.

- Good knowledge of horticulture like trees plantation, tree preservation, gardening, floriculture, etc.

- Good knowledge on Landscape BOQ and estimation.

- Good knowledge on Landscape Execution procedure.

- Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Revit or Sketch-up is a must knowledge for this role.

- To manage consultant shortlisting & selection based on each project type.

- Project visioning & Test fits along with architects to determine space planning, information gathering from all departments to initiate landscape works.

- Project brief, kick off meeting & design direction to the consultants.

- Gaining approvals from management at important milestones

- Design documentation management at all stages ensuring correct drawings are received from consultants on timely basis & shared. Review and checking of drawings prior to releasing to other consultants, to ensure all aspects are covered.

- Review of the landscape design & coordination with other disciplines at weekly/ fortnightly or monthly design coordination meeting with the landscape consultant, KL landscape architect, internal and external teams. (Frequency of the meetings is decided based on the project status).

- Timely issue of VFC drawings to site & landscape design documents explained to the site team.

- Give timely decisions & direction and escalate matters as required.

- Making environmental & statutory approval drawings (MOEF tree plans, affected tree plans for cutting/ transplantation permission from local municipalities/ tree authority)

- Cost evaluation and value engineering to meet target value. Cost optimization by suggesting new materials in lieu of traditional materials & methods, as on ongoing process. This involves research, sourcing of samples, quality checks, procurement, cost and site involvement before the change can be implemented
