Laptop Engineer (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
Urgently looking for Field Laptop Engineer for a top system integrator partner who offer an entire range of IT Products and Services
Job Profile :
- Field IT Engineer for Laptop with completed knowledge of IT systems & products
- To support daily technical activities for desktop, laptop, data and server management etc.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and repair mother of laptop.
- Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops
- Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops & network printers Installation, re-installation, configuration of peripherals e.g. printers, scanners etc.
Criteria :
- Proven work experience as a Field Laptop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
- Working knowledge of office or residential automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude.
Experience : 1 to 3 Yrs
Salary : upto 17K CTC pm
Location: Mumbai (Vidyavihar, Andheri and Thane.)
