Latinem - MEP BIM Modeler (1-8 yrs)
Job Role : BIM Modeller :
The BIM Modeler will be responsible for the development of engineering drawings, floor plans and documentation using Rivet software on BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Technology in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication)
- Minimum Certification: Autodesk certification ( CAD and Rivet software)

Job Description:
- Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked for specific design discipline
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria
- Receive Daily work Task from superiors and report back the task completion
- Prepare own discipline model and contents for BIM coordination and find clashes, if any, resolve them
- Complete work task assigned and Report to the Engineer-in-charge/Mentor/Manager
- Perform Engineering Design calculation and /or analyze, where required, using a software depending on specific discipline
- Monitor modeling /update drawing and inform EIC/Mentor/manager, if there are any changes
- Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design for their changes in model
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedule and mitigates if any delays
- Able to resolve any technical issues on Rivet/BOM Models time-to-time.
- Coordinating with MEP Design Engineers on regular basis, and get their technical review done.
- Ensure work completion as per Time schedule given and avoid possible re-works due to own mistakes
