Lead Architect - Design - FMCG/Retail (10-15 yrs)
Architect - Design Lead
Typical work activities include :
- Creating building/Stores designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Liaising with BD/RE professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Working around constraining factors such as project budget along with Project Manager
- Working closely with a team of other professionals/Consultants such as service Consultants, construction managers, and quantity surveyors.
- Checking all contracts BOQ's & Drawings.
- Ensuring Quantity is as per Designed Plans & sites.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Playing a part in project and team management
- Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and Design related meetings
- Responsible for handling the complete Design detailing with External Designers
- Custodian of proper design implementation.
- Will help in getting the required details from international leads
- Will also help in all new knowledge transfer to the team
- Will Help in Making the Kitchen Plans
- Will lead internally in all Re-Imaging designs.
Requirements :
(1) Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills
(2) Proven track record on designing in F&B/Retail/Hospitality projects.
(3) Minimum 10-15 years- experience, out of which at least 10 years in F&B/Retail Designing in well reputed large Architectural Form/FnB/PMC Companies.
(4) Knowledge of Auto cad is MUST. Knowledge of 3D Software is an Added advantage.
