Lead - Architecture (15-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Auditing design & documents for pan-India Projects
- Review & approval of design and interfaces with other design verticals
- Review & approval of Specification, Bill of Materials, Budgets and Estimates, in conjunction with the C-Tech QS Team.
- Audit safety & regulatory compliances both at local and global standards.
- Propose Value Engineered alternatives to existing design.
- Coordinate with Project Design Teams of the company for above and mediate in case of dispute on technical issues
- Site Audits by C-Tech
- Periodic visits to site to review design, spec and process compliance.
- Preparing and updating the Standard Specification and Standard Operating Procedures
- Based on audit outcome, create & issue organisation-wide standard specifications, best practices, and operating procedures
- Monitor adherence to specifications and operating procedures by design/project teams
- Creating a Center of Excellence for future Projects
- Continuously review and propose future technology to keep the projects at the cutting edge of global standards and best practices.
Candidate Profile / Soft skills :
- Preferably with majority experience in reputed Consultancy Organisation (And not in Developer organisation)
- Auto Cad & Designing Software; Preferably conversant with MS Projects and BIM ecosystem
- Knowledge of National Building Codes (NBC), IS standards, relevant local and international regulations
- Knowledge of global sustainable building standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of design development and project processes, including multidisciplinary coordination between various design verticals.
- Experience in varying project typologies, including commercial, residential, and preferably townships and highrise.
- Good verbal written communication & presentation skills
- Meticulous documentation skills
