The Lead AR Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of augmented reality (AR) solutions. They will lead a team of AR engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of AR projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and develop AR/IoT solutions using PTC platforms, such as ThingWorx.

- Develop custom AR applications and IoT solutions, integrating sensors, actuators, and other hardware components using PTC tools and technologies.

- Integrate APIs and data sources into AR/IoT systems to enable real-time data tracking, analytics, and user authentication.

- Design and implement user interfaces and interactions in AR applications, leveraging PTC's best practices and UX research.

- Develop unit tests and quality validation procedures to ensure reliable and high-quality AR/IoT products.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in AR/IoT systems, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in PTC platforms and technologies, as well as industry trends in AR and IoT.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and designers, to ensure successful project implementation.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders during the implementation and deployment of AR/IoT solutions.

- Document system designs, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in PTC platforms, particularly ThingWorx, for AR and IoT development.

- Strong understanding of IoT concepts, protocols, and architectures.

- Experience in developing AR applications using PTC Vuforia or similar AR development frameworks.

- Familiarity with sensor integration, data collection, and analytics in IoT systems.

- Knowledge of PTC's industrial connectivity solutions and protocols, such as MQTT and OPC-UA.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, or C# for developing AR/IoT applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, for deploying and managing AR/IoT solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for troubleshooting complex AR/IoT systems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science) or a related field.

- 8- 11 years of relevant experience in developing AR/IoT solutions using PTC platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing AR/IoT projects from concept to deployment.

- Experience in working with industrial or enterprise IoT applications is preferred.
