Lead - Civil Engineer (15-25 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement design strategies; outlining how the team will create deliverables and implement them on the projects.
2. Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
3. Managing the team of Engineers and Designers evaluating their individual design deliverables and overall team performance.
4. Motivating and Encouraging the team to produce their deliverable on time, to a high quality & to meet client expectations.
5. Role includes planning organizing, controlling, staffing and directing people and processes.
6. Monitoring and approval of man-hours of resources to achieve the tasks.
7. To provide guidelines for the team members for assigned projects.
8. Coordinate with other departments in consultation with the lead of the department to complete the assigned project on time.
9. Approval of output documents/ drawings of the department.
10. Responsible for the preparation of the civil department's ISO procedures & maintaining the quality records on time to time basis.
