Lead - Civil & Structural Design (10-20 yrs)
The Incumbent must have of Project construction experience of huge steel and concrete structures in medium /heavy manufacturing industries (Engineering/ Process).
Job Description :
- Understand, analyze the design parameters and review with Detailed Engineering consultant for getting the optimal design of all the components for Buildings and allied structures. Makes sure that correct technical data for design of buildings is shared with detailed engineering consultant.
- He will actively interacts with contractors and engineering consultants during the design and planning stage to correctly specify all types of civil jobs.
- He shall ensure all the civil jobs are being done with 100% compliance to statutory rules & regulations.
- He shall ensure the adherence to approved checklists for design and construction of plant buildings
- He shall audit the work carried out by contractors and make suitable changes where necessary
- He shall monitor & report the expenses on various projects throughout the year to meet the project cost targets.
- Monitoring and controlling the actual expenses within the budgeted value for Civil works.
