Lead Engineer - Inspection - Oil & Gas/Petrochemical (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Experience in systemization / corrosion loop development and Piping circuit development
2. Experience in corrosion review, damage mechanism assignment as per API 571, estimate corrosion rates, assessing integrity operating windows as per API 584
3. Experience in collecting operating, design and corrosion related data for RBI/Mechanical integrity management
4. Provide support for corrosion special emphasis programs including Injection Point and Mixing Point, Deadleg
5. Provide guidance on establishing and optimizing corrosion monitoring locations
6. Provide guidance on Level of Inspection Effectiveness/Inspection confidence as required
7. Knowledge in metallurgy used in process plants
8. Should have understanding of NDT and corrosion monitoring techniques and its applicability
9. Experience in developing inspection workpacks for pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks fired heaters and boilers
10. Facilitate Corrosion Review meetings with customer. Participate and provide necessary guidance in Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review sessions with client
11. Experience in different Integrity data management systems like PCMS, Meridium, Capestone, is added advantage
12. Thorough knowledge in ASME Codes, API Codes (API 510, 570 and 653), NACE documents and industry best practices on Corrosion and Materials
Required Qualifications :
- Engineering degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy
- Minimum 10-15 years in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries as asset integrity engineer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
