- Experience in warehouse, Manufacturing unit, Industrial Park
- Sr. Manager - Proposal & Estimates
- Should come from the leasing side
- Knowledge in quantity surveying
- Budgeting and estimating of various activities
- Overall understanding of industrial/logistic parks projects
- Preferably from contractors and or consulting organizations
- Specification and budget costing of various components and installations
Skills :
Must have :
- Budgeting, estimation, costing
Qualification : B Tech.
