Lead Hardware Engineer (10-13 yrs)
Technical:
1. Hands on Design and implementation Digital, Analog hardware for HW Engineering projects as HW architect
2. Implement High speed, Analog, Digital, Low power, Mixed Signal, RF Designs
3. Have experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity, Thermal Analysis, board bring up
4. Experience in pre compliance and regulatory testing, EMI /EMC testing
5. Good at multi-tasking and handling multiple projects
6. Experience in design Reliability (DFMEA, WCA, MTBF) and related process/tools
7. Experience in product sustenance activities, VAVE is preferable
8. Guide team in debugging designs
9. Estimate effort for hardware design for proposals
10. Competency building of HW team aligning with technology roadmap of the company, identifying skill set gaps and filling the gaps to have self sufficiency
11. Lead and participate in design reviews
Managerial:
1. Review and implement designs and provide guidance for HW design
2. Successfully deliver all HW design Projects with on time delivery, Quality and customer satisfaction
3. Develop and Implement good HW design guidelines and Process
4. Good Interpersonal Skills and Team Player
5. Lead the design team in task assignment, prioritization, and scheduling
6. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
