Lead - Manufacturing/Production - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
A leading FMCG company, having its operations at Nashik is looking for a Manager-Production/ Manufacturing.
The role will be responsible for driving all Manufacturing Site initiatives for the organization. This will be based at their plant in Nasik.
Some of the KRAs include:
- Policies and procedures implementation in the manufacturing activities.
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Plant Design and Layout management
- Comply with all statutory requirements (DISH, MSEB, MPCB, MIDC, etc) & Safety policies
- Maintain shop floor discipline
- Maintain machinery to ensure optimum availability, minimal downtime, maximum efficiency and maximum capacity utilization.
- Maintain the set quality standards in the Manufacturing department i.e. CGMP, HACCP & other quality requirements.
- Best practice implementation to ensure manufacturing facility achieves its production targets
- Work upon major infrastructure projects like plant layout changes, installation of capital equipments, capacity & capability enhancement.
