Position :

Lead PLM Engineer

Job opening for LEAD PLM Engineer who is having the strong capabilities in Windchill PDMLink and Material Master Data Governance relevant to wind turbines. We look forward for someone who is passionate to bring the enhancement and can able to define governance. Expect to have an enthusiasm for adapting the new changes and quick learnings.

Responsbilities :

- Set up governance process around Material Master Data and Enrichment in Windchill PDMLink and SAP.

- Work with business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.

- Responsible for master data global policies, procedures, forums and training.

- Setting up the process for Service Lifecycle Management.

- Drive and engage with Masterdata relevant projects in collection and reporting of Master Data throughout the project management process and ensure that early consultation and sustainability goals are met.

- Monitor effectiveness of master data as an admin and high-level responsibility for quality management.

- Define and ensure KPIs and SLA to meet the deadlines with proper plans.

- Identifies and prepare PowerBI reports for Material Master data, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a regular basis.

- Participates in regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings, forums, work groups and educational sessions.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders across business units.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical or Production or Instrumentation).

- 10+ Years of experience in PLM/MDM.

- Preferred expertise in Windchill PDMLink, PartsLink, MPMLink and SAP MM.

- Having exposure Creo an advantage.

- PowerBI reports preparation capabilities an advantage.

- Experience in wind turbine industry preferred.

- Configurable BOM implementation using Options & Variance in Windchill.

- Fluency in English language verbal and written

Competencies :

- Strong expertise on Material Master Data Governance, BoM Management, Engineering Change Management.

- Strong ERP systems exposure in Windchill PDMLink, PartsLink, MPMLink and SAP MM.

- Strong knowledge on Masterdata Attributes such as Spend Class, Tax Commodity Code, Traceability, UNSPSC Classification, different types of BoMs, configurable BoMs and S-BoM.

- Clear concept knowledge about Service Lifecycle and Product Configuration Managements, PFMP, Options and Variants.

- Strong Experience with MS office.

- Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas.

- Analytically minded and methodical problem solver.

- Able to multitask and prioritize the deliverables under a fast-paced environment.

- Team work and proactive approach.

- Able to demonstrate sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.

- Self-starter; able to identify issues upfront and drive them to a resolution.
