About the job:

We are looking for a QA lead having 6+ years of experience in BFSI / NBFC / financial services domain to join our rapidly growing team in S. Mumbai. We are looking for someone who has done full-cycle implementations - test and release stories to tell and ready to apply best practices learnt.

If you enjoy planning and testing, leading teams, and task assignments and are knowledgeable in Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems, you will enjoy working with us. You will get a chance to work in new and exciting projects and products team globally by using some of the latest technologies.

What you will be doing:

Be part of Lending systems (web, mobile, backend) functionality and digital enablement requirement gathering workshops.

Understand of existing product and business requirements and suggest possible solutions w.r.t to best practices in testing and releasing quality software in a timely manner.

Analyse all business requirements and provide detailed test cases.

Hands on knowledge of web application /mobile application testing.

Participate in story boarding sessions with business users and create test cases against requirement documents,

Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT.

Work on project lifecycle and different methodologies like Agile.

Work on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.

Ability to run queries and verify from database.

What we are looking for:

Graduate Degree in IT, Computer Science / Finance background

6+ Years experience in QA testing (functional and web and mobile) and 2+ years as a QA lead is mandatory.

Experience in requirement reviews & able to identify, communicate and document discrepancies.

Understanding of Quality Processes and methodologies within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem-solving

Proven ability to work to deadlines.

- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

- QA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases.

- Experience with automation - web using tools like Selenium / Cucumber etc
