Lead - Robotics Installation & Commissioning (6-12 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for complete I&C & Service activity in Northern region. Responsible for Handling, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and successfully closure of I&C. Customer handling, service activity, resource planning, spare part sale, AMC sale.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
- Customer Handling, Customer delight.
- Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and successfully closure of I&C(UAT).
- Responsible for timely closure of service activity: Service call, AMC & PM.
- Pending payment collection for North region customer.
- Report to HO team.
- Managing team.
INTERACTIONS:
- Internal Stakeholders: HODs, Managers and I&C Engineers in Mobile robots ; robotics software team
- External Stakeholders: Customers/Clients, plant heads, operations head
