Medical Equipment's Lead Service Engineer is expected to provide exceptional equipment repair and customer support services for clients. Working within a healthcare setting,.

This role completes repair service work, and preventative maintenance on equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures and service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Installs and service/repairs Medical Imaging equipment's, such as x-ray machine, computed radiography scanner, medical images printer, and medical information system. Consults with customer or supervisor to plan layout of equipment during each new installation.

Studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.

Able to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to repair equipment. Hands-on technical skills and using standard test instruments and hand tools.

Installs or oversees installation of equipment's according to manufacturer's specifications.

Provide basic user training for equipment installed.

Advice management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, suggestions for product improvements

Qualifications :

Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent

Experience in medical equipment's

Has very good written and verbal communication skills.

Can interface with customers along with collaboration skills.

Can troubleshoot problems and provide necessary feedback and corrective measures.

Able to work independently as well as a team
