- Perform spread sheet analysis to determine the cooling requirements

- Perform Thermal simulation using Thermal tools to identify the critical components.

- Selection of Thermal Interface materials and Design of Heat sink/Heat towers / Heat Spreaders for critical and high-power components

- Selection of Fans and its speed optimization for Acoustic requirement

- Perform pre-compliance test for Thermal and Acoustic validation

- Report generation and project execution discussion with the customer.
