We are looking good experienced candidates for design engineer who can design & modify machines for better productivity. experienced in drafting concept & actual designing with 3D modeling work experience.

 You must be (Qualification, Preferred Industry, Experience, Any unique skill sets) :

a) Diploma / Degree / Post graduate in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Automation/ Production / Industrial.

b) Diploma & Degree with13+ years- and Post graduate with 10+ years- experience in Engineering Support Function of Pharmaceutical / Medical devices/ Food/ Cosmetic FMCG / Packing/ Automobile/ Chemical industries.

c) Experience in Development, FAT, Installation. Troubleshooting of Equipment and Machinery, Tooling to improve Productivity and Quality, and Project management.

d) Experience in Automation of manufacturing process & workflows using Robotics, Servo motors, PLC controllers, Pneumatics, Hydraulics.

e) Hands on experience in Autocad-2D, Solidworks, etc.

f) Preferably knowledgeable about HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) system) and cGMP guidelines.

Job Responsibilities :

Principal thrust area :

- Leading all Engineering related initiatives to support Capsule production team to improve performance of Machinery an improvement of productivity, production capacity and quality of Capsules.

Key deliverables :

a) Lead and guide Engineering team of Capsule Division.

b) Evaluate existing engineering setup, related to Capsule production and recommend improvement for output, quality and manpower reduction.

c) Design, Automation, Equipment, Machinery, Tooling, Measuring instruments and gauges for better performance.

d) Support and Coordinate with Project department and Capsule Production department to ensure efficient on time Installation & Commissioning of new Machineries and new Capsule plant.

e) Monitor timely completion of trouble shooting of process to ensure the safety and quality standards as per cGMP guidelines.

f) Management of Engineering drawings of all Plants, Machineries and equipment in Capsule Department.

g) Preparing technical reports for new equipment like URS (Users Requirements Specifications).

h) Responsible for preparing Capex of new projects.

i) Responsible for effective communication of technical information across all levels and departments
