1) Experience with asset integrity - Inspection/Maintenance

- Static and Rotary Equipment Maintenance/ Overhauling
- Shutdown Maintenance and Management
6) Experience in implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), integrity and improvements
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), 5 Why, PM Analysis, Ishikawa diagram, 4-M method, Taproot etc.
- TPM Implementation & Sustenance
- Uptime management, redundancy and bad actors monitoring
- Continuous improvement/Lean projects
7) Experience with developing and mentoring teams working in various area of reliability, integrity, maintenance and operations of different assets in all relevant disciplines
- Electrical equipment
- Mechanical equipment and machinery
- Instrumentation & Controls
- Pipeline maintenance and integrity
- Marine and subsea equipment
- Corrosion monitoring
- Structural integrity
- Well Integrity
- Safety devices and Services
8) Experience preferred in the following types of software/tools
- SAP Solution Manager (PM, MM, FI, SD Module)
- Meridium APM or similar asset management software
- Any of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Any Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Inspection Data Management System (IDMS)
- Instrument and equipment databases
9) Preferred certifications -
- CMRP certification
- Six Sigma Black belt or Green Belt
