Leadership Role - Power Train Simulation (8-30 yrs)
Power train- Simulation
1.Oversee and steer the implementation of- power train- simulation models that translate well to real world measurements
2.Ensure timely delivery of simulation models to engineering teams to support the development of- power train- modules
3. Ensure models compatibility with Driver In the Loop simulator and support evaluation and tuning for - Power train- Performance- attribute
4. Lead the design and development of automated tests for various attributes including pre-test and HPC compatibility-
5. Ensure support to the integration of CAE results into internal post processing tools
6. Drive the impact evaluation of component tuning activities drawing actionable insights and draft detailed reports
7.Oversee the process development of workflow automation for- power train- modeling and post-processing via cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
8.Support the R&D efforts of the- power train (drive, power electronics) engineering team pertaining to engineering quality
Background:
1. Experience with simulating- power trains- of Hybrid or Electric vehicle
2. Proven experience with numerical modeling and system simulation is required
3. Experience with BEV is required
