Lender Independent Engineer - Civil (0-2 yrs)
LIE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
1. Vetting of project cost and verification of all expenses already incurred on the project and promoters contribution brought for the project.
2. Review of all major contracts with the various plant and equipment suppliers.
3. Review and give specific components on reasonableness of each component of project cost.
4. Review of actions to be taken by the company for obtaining necessary statutory approvals/ clearances of various Governmental agencies.
5. Should certify the inter alia, the construction schedule, the construction budget and the disbursement schedule prior to the disbursement of loan.
6. Visit of the project once in a quarter/ or as required from time to time for witnessing the progress of construction of the project and equipment and for checking the requisite data to be provided by company in advance and for collecting any missing data.
7. Should review any foreseeable delay in execution of the project as per the implementation schedule, based on the data furnished by company.
8. Should review and monitor the progress of the project till COD and submit monthly progress report.
9. Should vet request of the company for each disbursement of the Term Loan and verify all invoices/bills/payments/relating to disbursement prior to each drawdown.
10. Should post disbursement verify and confirm original bills/invoices and confirm that disbursement have utilized as per sanction.

- B.Tech (Civil) Only.
