This is a 10 years old company that has done 24 implementation programs in India, Africa, Middle East & South Asia. This includes 6 operational turnaround initiatives.
We are recruiting capable and determined individuals as - Business Planning Analysts
Criteria :
- Good academic track record throughout
- Any Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Institute
- Post graduate program in Management from reputed - institutes if experience less than 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management or in the field of business process improvements as internal consultants/ working with other consulting companies preferred
- Good analytical abilities, comprehending skills and presentation skills
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and knowledge in ERP utility
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency, spoken and written is a must
- Experience working across applications in one of more of the following domains: Sales Planning, Supply Chain and Operations Planning and Financial planning
- Should have high level of commitment, initiative and on the problem solving ability
- Enthusiasm for new ideas and innovative solutions
- Open, motivated personality who enjoys working in a team and in challenging situations
- Strong personal time management to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
Job Description :
The Analyst shall report to the Associate Consultant or Engagement Manager who would be driving the improvement initiative from LFC Consulting Practice LLP. He will mainly work with the client to:
- Map current planning processes & control systems
- Identify gaps & areas of improvement
- Develop new/ modify existing processes/ control systems
- Drive the client to implement the agreed solutions
Typical work activities :
The day-to-day activities of the Analyst would be essentially entrepreneurial in nature and project- based. Projects can vary in length depending on the kind of change involved and the demands of the client.
The analyst will operate in the areas of operations to logistics to sales to services across industry verticals at different places depending on the location of the client.
- Will work with business to understand the key planning requirements and map them into a solution within the advance planning system
- Work with business users to understand the solution needs in Supply chain planning including demand, Supply planning and inventory planning, Sales operations planning
- Work directly with functional business heads/leads to understand, prioritize, and advise on application focus and rollout
- Provide solution for issues within the system
- Provide support to entities already using the planning system
- Design and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirement
- Advise executive leadership with data-driven decision making
- Drive compliance towards the change management in the re-engineered planning process implemented in the organization
- Drive the planning process improvement areas in supply chain planning area
- Coordinate with support team to ensure SLA for system break fix, issues
