Licious - Senior QA Manager - QMS/FSMS (10-12 yrs)
- Productivity monitoring and management-as evidenced by active work planning and measurement of QFS TEAM deliverables across all cities.
- Discharge the role of Project manager for various continuous improvement plans/projects that include TQM and Cold Chain Management.
- First Person Responsible (FPR) for Food Fraud Prevention & Food Defence Program in the organization / coordinator for effective implementation across all cities.
- Publisher for Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly QFS dashboard and Coordinator for city wise & organizational level MRMs wrt food safety & quality.
- Ensure all verification activities wrt quality & food safety are in place as planned .
- FPR for new product launch gate processes.
- FPR for improvement of various VOC like NPS,QSAT and for reduction of customer complaints and enhancing process/system towards zero defect manufacturing.
GEENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY :
- Involvement in QMS-FSMS development, implementation & maintenance across the operations.
- Involvement & contribution in all activities towards customer delight.
