- Monitor Daily - Quality, maintenance, Supply Chain, HR and PPC
- To ensure cost innovations.
- To ensure project closing as per timelines and budget
- To ensure regular review of production lines, quality systems and statutory requirements.
- To ensure improvement in operations and procedures.
Team Management :
- To drive the team for achievement of targets
- To ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Labour management and conflict resolution.
