Lighting Design Engineer (3-10 yrs)
- Review of DFMEA, Design review of sub system components with customer & supplier
- Analyzing behavior of product based on warranty data, field complaints, line complaints
- Highlighting problems affecting increase in warranty
- Carrying Current Product Management to resolve high priority and critical problems observed on product
- Coordinating within the organization for necessary actions to resolve high priority issues
- Visiting supplier to carry out failure analysis of failed components
- IPTV data analysis
- Suggest design changes based on Stack up and Optimization results
- Carry out DOE, Drawing Checklist & Participate and contribute in DVP
- Analyze Indoor and Outdoor test data
- Analyze warranty data for life, effectiveness of changes in the process
- Making Road map for target setting of issues based on past parameters, new challenges & new products
- Prioritizing customer issues (early warranty).
- PDI & manufacturing in-house issues through QA matrix & facilitating resolution in stipulated time.
- Driving new product quality by participating in Design reviews to improve design reliability.
