Job Title : Facility Manager
Location : Gurgaon
You will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organisation. Also, you will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
Responsibilities :
- Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
- Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
- Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance & catering, Transport & Travel.
- Planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources
- Checking that agreed on work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
- Coordinating and leading the team to cover various areas of responsibility;
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
- Space/Occupancy Services (- Minor projects, Space planning, Moves / adds / changes, Headcount tracking, - Environment, health & safety, Compliance & regulatory management)
- Budget and finance management on Facilities
- Vendor management
- Proactive / predictive maintenance
- Energy management & optimisation
Skills:
- Should have Hospitality Background - Hotels Facilities Experience is preferable
- Team Management - Ability to handle & nurture teams
- Strong written & communication skills
- Good Presence of minds
